In the early 1950s, Yerachmiel Kirschenbaum had established a textile trade business in Tel-Aviv. The main focus of the company was manufacturing fabrics for fashion purposes. As his sons – Moshe and Shraga, grew older, they joined their father and began working at the company.

In the mid 1980s, Moshe and Shraga, the 2ndGeneration, were running the company on their own. The two purchased four Karl Mayer knitting machines and founded a small factory that was placed in the city of Raanana. The new fabrics which were produced at the factory were made for local demand, and were sold for many purposes such as fashion, technical textiles and flags.

As the 3rd Generation, Moshe and Shraga's sons, joined the business, the company had started selling their products abroad. At first, their main export destination was Europe, and eventually they reached to the United States as well. Their fabrics were used for digital and screen printing, as well as creating flags and banners.

The company is still managed by the 3rd generation of the Kirschenbaum family, who is using their knowledge and capability to produce high quality fabrics and market them in competitive prices. The production process is begins at the yarn warping, through the fabric knitting, till the dyeing and finishing of the fabrics.
